Contacted done/porch.com to replace bathroom faucets and shower handles. Person they sent was slow, unqualified, broke parts, sent me to home improvement store twice to get additional parts and after 7 hours I figured out he didn't know what he was doing and had caused pipes to leak that weren't leaking before.

I told him to leave it alone and he charged me $474 for this fiasco.

Have to get someone else out to fix what he messed up. Oh, and he also had the nerve to ask me to get him something to eat on the way back from going to home improvement store,.

Reason of review: Poor workmanship.

Monetary Loss: $474.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

The slime which lie, and portray to have the aptitude needed for these services, aggravates me. Done is a B2C customer service company, which likely, wants to provide quality service for market sustainability.
