I made an appointment for some work on my home. I got 3 emails confirming the appointment and 3 TXT messages.

I took off 4 hours of work (not paid). At 7:00am the day of the appointment, the handyman called and said he was busy and could not do it at 1:30pm (he wanted to do it at 9:00am the next morning), I told him,"NO" he called his supervisor and canceled the appointment as I had "a bad attitude" DO NOT USE THIS COMPNANY.

When I spoke to the supervisor he could have cared less. All he could say was he had no one to come today, why make an appointment if you can not keep it?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $192.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Lack of customer service response.
